BIO:
Lucie Castaldo is a visual artist based in the beautiful Berkshires. Her work is characterized by a blend of artistic techniques - combining printmaking, cut paper, collage, and photography. She holds a BA in Art History and Education from Mount Holyoke College, which informs her interdisciplinary approach to art. Lucie has over 15 years of teaching experience for all ages, with a Secondary Visual Arts License in Education. She currently works as an Art Educator for Community Access to the Arts (CATA) and the Norman Rockwell Museum. Lucie has showcased her works in both solo and group exhibitions across Massachusetts and New York. Her artistic exploration often focuses on the connection between living things, drawing inspiration from anatomy, psychology, and the natural world. Her art is informed by her egalitarian and inclusive worldview: “Nobody is better than anyone else, and beneath our exteriors, we all have the same bones."
